Install
Download Zecretly and start the installation. After that Zecretly is ready.

Protect
Drag a file into the window, right-click it in File Explorer, or select text and press Ctrl + Alt + Z.
Restore
Open the protected file with Zecretly again. The local case file puts the real values back.

Processed locally
Protecting and restoring run on your computer. According to the privacy policy there is no connection to the internet, no usage statistics and no advertising.
Supported formats
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and emails in .eml and .msg format.
Encrypted case file
The mapping between placeholders and real values is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on your computer. After 30 days without use, Zecretly deletes it the next time it starts.
Uninstalling
Uninstalling removes the program. The folder %USERPROFILE%\.zecretly stays so that you can still restore after a new installation.
